Quality Control

As automotive is about passenger life, we care parts  quality as much as our life. Quality control is profoundly rooted in Asiautos supply chain, from raw material to the final product on your hand.

Our quality control process consists of 3 phases:

1.Phase 1: Each manufacturer need to be certified by IATF16949 and pass the qualification audit by Asiautos supplier development team, which is basis of our supplier management.  For safety parts like brake pads, region-specific certification e.g. E-MARK, DOT are mandatory to have.

2.Phase 2: “ 5M Method” is used through the production of each part, and we are spending more efforts in continuous improvement of each “M”, e.g. use more automation instead of manpower to avoid human error, set up in-process test in case to reduce failure rate, implement block system to screen out failure parts in each work station, introduce ERP/ MES(Manufacturing Execution System) systems to manage all production info flows.

 

3.Phase 3:We conduct 100% out-bound inspection of each shipment and use barcode labelling system to track logistics flow. For any returned batch within warranty, immediate containment action and root cause analysis will be triggered the first time.

 

Warranty

Asiautos is committed to providing high-quality parts and exceptional customer service. As part of this commitment, we offer a comprehensive warranty on all our aftermarket parts (w/ our 4 own brands). Please review the following details regarding our warranty policy.

Warranty Coverage

  1. Coverage Period:
  • All aftermarket parts are warranted for a period of 12 months or 30,000 KMs (whichever is reached first) from the date of purchase and we can extend the period based on actual long transportation time e.g. sea freight.
  1. What is Covered:
  • Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.
  • Replacement or repair of the defective part at no cost to the customer.
  1. What is Not Covered:
  • Damages caused by improper installation, misuse, or neglect.
  • Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to brake pads, filters, and tires.
  • Incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to towing charges, loss of use, and labor costs.

Warranty Claims Process

  1. How to File a Claim:
  • Contact our customer service by sending email request to sales@asiautos.net  to initiate a warranty claim.
  • Provide proof of purchase, including the original receipt or invoice or purchase order copy.
  • Describe the issue and, if possible, provide photographs of the defective part.
  1. Return of Defective Parts:
  • Return the defective part to our designated location along with a completed warranty claim form.
  • Shipping costs for returning the part will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Upon receiving and inspecting the part, we will determine if the part qualifies for warranty coverage.
  1. Resolution:
  • If the part is deemed defective and covered under warranty, we will provide a replacement part or repair the defective part at no cost.
  • In cases where a replacement or repair is not possible, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
       4. Product Recall:

       The safety and satisfaction of our customers are our highest priorities and we          will at no cost inform customer the product with flaws at first time in any                 available method and provide countermeasure to reduce customer impact.

Important Notes

  • For OEM parts and other-branded aftermarket parts warranty, pls. confirm with our customer service before order release.
  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Warranty terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
  • The warranty provided herein is in lieu of any other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
