The world first saw the Cyberster as a concept car at the 2021 Shanghai Auto Show.
Designed in London by the MG Advanced Design Centre, the car stunned audiences with its perfect balance between nostalgia and innovation.

Long bonnet, short rear deck, two seats — it echoed the lines of the classic MGB Roadster, yet its LED “Magic Eye” headlights and Union Jack taillights spoke a futuristic language.

Two years later, that dream took shape.
At the Goodwood Festival of Speed 2023, MG unveiled the production Cyberster, a fully electric roadster that carried both heritage and ambition.

Built by SAIC Motor in Ningde, China, the Cyberster was engineered to perform:

• Dual-motor all-wheel drive producing up to 400 kW (≈536 hp)

• 0–100 km/h in just 3.2 seconds

• A 77 kWh high-performance battery supporting 144 kW DC fast charging

It’s not merely an EV — it’s MG’s declaration that electric performance can be emotional, visceral, and truly beautiful.
