1.Volvo EX30 vs. MG ZS EV
Volvo EX30 has sold over 9,000 units in 15 countries overseas, with Europe contributing the majority. EX30 is considered a hit in Europe and is one of the top five pure electric models in Europe in 2024, once surpassing Tesla. Volvo's Ghent plant in Belgium just started production of EX30 last month, and good things are yet to come for EX30 in Europe.

MG ZS EV has sold nearly 3,000 units in 15 overseas countries, which is slightly inferior to MG's other model MG 4. Compared with the EX30, one of the top five best-selling pure electric models in Europe, there is naturally a big gap. It is only slightly ahead of EX30 in Denmark, New Zealand and Australia.
2.Xiaopeng G6 vs. BYD Hiace 07

How are the overseas models of "China's Tesla" Xpeng and the new overseas player BYD performing overseas?

Xiaopeng is very strong in Europe. Its G6 model sold 1,600 units in eight overseas countries in the first quarter. Denmark and Norway are leading the way, and Germany has great potential. 

As BYD's new overseas model that will take over from Atto 3, Hiace 07 is highly anticipated. Its sales in eight countries overseas reached 1,671 units, slightly ahead of Xiaopeng G6, with sales mainly contributed by Malaysians.
3.Xpeng G9 vs. Polestar 3
In the high-end large pure electric SUV category, let's take a look at the overseas performance of Xpeng G9 and Polestar 3. Xpeng G9 sold nearly 700 units in six overseas countries in the first quarter, and was ahead of Polestar 3 in five countries. Polestar 3's Nordic genes have not yet played an advantage in Europe, and it is slightly ahead of Xpeng G9 in Sweden, which may be because it was just launched on the market.
4.BYD Seal vs. Tesla Model 3
Since the beginning of this year, Tesla, the ancestor of electric cars, has suffered a setback in global sales, but a lean camel is still bigger than a horse.  The overseas sales of the Model 3 alone exceeded 16,000 units, far ahead of BYD's similar models. BYD Haibao, as one of the "three musketeers" of the early overseas expansion of the Ocean series, sold nearly 4,000 units in 12 countries in the first quarter, which is far from enough to support BYD's overseas ambitions.
5.BYD Dolphin vs. MG4

Mulan is very popular in Britain, Germany and Australia, while Dolphin is bought by Brazilians.

The MG4 before the tariffs is today's Volvo EX30. As the champion version of the overseas market, MG4 has sold nearly 7,000 units in 15 countries in the first quarter despite the setbacks caused by the tariffs. 

Thanks to the strength of a single hit market, Brazil contributed 35% of BYD Dolphin's share, helping Dolphin's overseas sales in 15 countries reach nearly 6,000 units .
6.BYD Atto 3 vs. smart #3
As BYD's first overseas model, Atto 3 sold less than 3,000 units in 10 countries overseas in the first quarter. Compared with its benchmark model smart  #3  , which only sold a few hundred units, the result is not bad .
