Familiar Design with a New Exterior Color
The 2026 Haval H6 Classic Edition retains the styling of the current model. The front fascia features a three-dimensional grille design paired with LED headlights, creating a modern and robust appearance. At the rear, the vehicle continues to use a full-width taillight design that enhances visual recognition.
To provide buyers with more personalization options, Haval has added a new exterior color called “Mountain Gray,” giving the SUV a fresh and contemporary look.
Spacious Interior for Family Use
The new model measures 4,653 mm in length, 1,886 mm in width, and 1,730 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,738 mm. These dimensions remain unchanged from the outgoing version and continue to position the H6 as a competitive compact SUV.
Practicality remains one of the H6’s key strengths. The cargo compartment offers 560 liters of storage space, expanding to 1,485 liters when the rear seats are folded down. In addition, the cabin includes 27 storage compartments, making it highly suitable for daily family use and long-distance travel.
Proven Powertrain with Balanced Performance
Power comes from a 1.5-liter turbocharged gasoline engine producing 135 kW of maximum power and 275 Nm of peak torque. The engine is paired with a 7-speed wet dual-clutch transmission (DCT).
This powertrain has already proven its reliability and efficiency in the market. Under the WLTC test cycle, the H6 achieves a fuel consumption figure of 7.13 L/100 km, offering a good balance between performance and operating costs for family-oriented buyers.
The chassis continues to feature a front MacPherson independent suspension and a rear multi-link independent suspension setup, delivering a comfortable and stable driving experience.
Major Upgrade in Technology and Comfort
While the exterior and powertrain remain largely unchanged, the cabin receives notable improvements.
The centerpiece of the interior is a new 14.6-inch touchscreen infotainment display powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chipset. The upgraded system provides faster processing speeds, smoother operation, and enhanced voice-control functionality. It also integrates Great Wall Motor’s Coffee Intelligent Cockpit system, bringing a more connected and user-friendly experience.

Haval Brand Maintains Strong Market Performance
Although the Haval H6 no longer dominates sales charts as it once did, the Haval brand continues to perform well overall.
According to Great Wall Motor's latest sales data, Haval sold 55,478 vehicles in May. Total sales from January to May reached 267,002 units, representing a year-on-year increase of 3.08%. Achieving positive growth in today's highly competitive automotive market demonstrates the brand's continued appeal among consumers.
