Changan Automobile held a brand launch conference for the Middle East and Africa market in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, on the evening of August 31, launching three major brands and a number of new models, and announcing the comprehensive upgrade of Changan Automobile's localized operations and services in the Middle East and African markets.

Changan Automobile statistics show that in major countries in the Middle East, Changan Automobile's sales are among the best. In the first seven months of 2024, sales in the Saudi market have reached 14,332 units. In Oman, Kuwait and Iraq, Changan Automobile's sales also showed significant growth, with 1,091, 2,186 and 2,910 vehicles sold in the first seven months of 2024, with a market share of 3%, 2.4% and 4%, respectively.
Wang Jun also said that Changan Automobile is continuously enhancing the brand's influence in the global market by deepening local operations and strengthening cooperation with local partners. The launch of Changan's Thailand plant and Deep Blue Auto's pre-sale activities in Latin America are part of its global "Embrace All Rivers" strategy, marking the steady progress of Changan Automobile's strategic transformation from "products going overseas" to "brand going overseas".
