01Ola Auto

Great Wall Motors seems to have no intention to build pure electric vehicles. It lacks a pure electric hit model for overseas sales. Compared with Haval, Tank, and Ora, the track is too narrow and cannot represent Great Wall's pure electric overseas sales. 

In 2018, Great Wall Motors' independent pure electric vehicle brand Ora was established.

In 2021, Ora Good Cat officially started pre-sale in Thailand, with more than 6,000 pre-sale orders in 48 hours.

In 2022, Ora Good Cat was launched in Europe. The first batch of Ora Good Cats arrived in Malaysia, and Great Wall Motors' ASEAN strategy was advanced and implemented. 

In 2023, Ora Good Cat was successfully launched in Jordan. Good Cat and Lightning Cat were tested in Australia, and the Ora brand accelerated its overseas sales. 

In 2024, the first overseas mass-produced Ora Good Cat rolled off the assembly line in Thailand, becoming the first pure electric model rolled off the assembly line of Great Wall Motors in the overseas market. MPV exports are also becoming popular. BYD mainly enters the global market from Asia-Pacific. Later, we will focus on the overseas performance of BYD, Zeekr and Xiaopeng MPV.

02Dengzhong Automobile

MPVs are also becoming popular overseas. Denza mainly enters the global market from Asia Pacific. Later, we will focus on Denza's performance overseas.

2023 Denza Motors debuts at the Bangkok International Motor Show. Denza D9 debuts at the Munich Motor Show in Germany. Denza Motors debuts at the Japan Mobility Show.

2024 Denza enters the global market and launches the D9 MPV in Hong Kong, China. 

Denza's first flagship store in Hong Kong, China opens.

Denza opens its first flagship showroom in Cambodia and delivers the Denza D9 MPV to local consumers for the first time.

Mercedes-Benz withdraws, and BYD holds 100% of Denza's shares.

BYD signs an agreement with Malaysian distributor Sime Darby Motors to introduce Denza brand models to the local market.

Denza enters the Thai market and launches the D9 MPV. Currently, 5 showrooms have been built in major areas of Thailand, and will reach 10 sales outlets in 2024.

03Polestar

Polestar's overseas timeline in 2025 is continued by Polestar 3 and Polestar 4.

In 2017, Polestar separated from Volvo and officially became a new, independent electric car brand.

In 2022, Polestar launched a new concept car, Polestar 2, which envisioned the convertible sports car in the electric era.

In 2023, Polestar and Meizu Group established a new joint venture. Polestar plans to be listed in 23 markets around the world, and plans to expand to Spain, Portugal, Thailand and Malaysia. It is expected that by the end of 2023, the global business will expand to at least 30 markets. 11 In 2024, Polestar began to produce Polestar 3 in the United States.
