In the A0 class market, there are not many competitive products nowadays. Apart from the Ora Good Cat, the only pure electric model left is the Dongfeng Nano 01. Recently, Geely will launch an A0 class small car to compete with BYD Dolphin. The new car is named Xingyuan.
At present, the new car has completed the declaration, and its dimensions are 4135/1805/1570mm and the wheelbase is 2650mm. For reference, the length, width and height of BYD Dolphin are 4125x1770x1570mm and the wheelbase is 2700mm. Except for the wheelbase, which is slightly inferior to Dolphin, Geely Xingyuan has more advantages in safety.
According to the appearance exposed by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Geely Xingyuan is positioned as a five-door, five-seat, typical hatchback, with a rounded front face, a closed front face, a round and cute, and a semi-hidden door handle, as well as a suspended roof design. It not only reduces wind resistance, but also maintains physical visibility. The shape of the wheel hub is relatively cute, with a smoked cross shape. The tail echoes the front face, both of which are two split headlights, and the roof has a large-size spoiler.
In the exposed power part, Xingyuan also targets Dolphin. Xingyuan provides two configurations. The low-end version has a maximum power of 58 kilowatts, and the high-end version has a maximum power of 85 kilowatts, besieging BYD Dolphin from top to bottom.
