On October 14, the Paris Motor Show opened grandly, and BYD Hiace 07 officially debuted, becoming the focus of everyone's attention. As the first SUV model of BYD Ocean Network's marine life series, this new car is carefully built based on BYD e Platform 3.0, and it can be said to be a collection of many advanced technologies.
From the appearance point of view, Hiace 07 continues to interpret the marine aesthetic design. The front face inherits the design style of the Ocean X concept car. The cutting and use of a large number of lines, combined with the two raised ribs on the front hood, instantly enriches the layering and three-dimensional sense of the front of the car, making people impressed at a glance.
The smooth lines on the side shape an elegant body posture, and the upward shoulder line complements the simple and powerful double waistline design, further enhancing the sense of speed, as if ready to gallop away at any time. The rear part is also full of dynamics, with rich straight lines and smart curves interweaving to form a strong visual impact. It is particularly worth mentioning that the BYD logo on the rear can glow at night, adding a unique charm to the whole car. Its body size is 4830*1925*1620 mm, and the wheelbase reaches 2930 mm. Such size has certain advantages among the same level models, providing passengers with spacious and comfortable riding space.
Entering the car, the Sea Lion 07EV continues the family design language. The center console design with straighter lines, combined with leather wrapping, highlights the texture of the interior. The two familiar elements of the large-size floating center console screen and the embedded full LCD instrument panel are not absent, providing drivers with rich information display and convenient operation experience. At the same time, the new car is also equipped with a four-spoke multi-function steering wheel, which further enhances the convenience of driving.
In terms of power, the Sea Lion 07EV provides two power options: single motor and dual motor four-wheel drive. The single motor has two powers of 170kW and 230kW to meet the power needs of different consumers. The maximum power of the front and rear motors of the dual-motor four-wheel drive version is 160kW and 230kW respectively, and the power performance is stronger. The single-motor version has a range of 550km and 610km respectively, while the four-wheel drive version is equipped with an 80.64kWh battery pack and has a range of 550km. Such range can effectively reduce users' range anxiety in daily use.
