With the rise in the popularity of the domestic MPV market in recent years, many major domestic brands have launched mid-to-high-end MPV models, and models such as Denza D9 and Trumpchi E8 have achieved good market results. On the eve of the opening of the 2024 Guangzhou Auto Show, Chery released an official picture of a new MPV concept car. The new car is named Chery Jinyun and will be officially unveiled at the Guangzhou Auto Show. Judging from the official pictures of the new car released so far, the appearance of the new car uses an off-road style design, and the visual effect is very avant-garde and sci-fi. The overall shape of the front face is very simple and tough, using a large area of ​​closed design. The lamp group uses a door-shaped outline, the upper part is a through-type light strip, and the lower side is three sets of matrix lamp groups. The black front bumper is matched with a silver lower guard plate, which has a cross-border atmosphere.

The side shape of the car body is a very conceptual design, using a double A-pillar structure. The landing point of the front A-pillar is very forward, making the cabin look very short. The rear A-pillar has silver decorations and extends to the roof. There is also a silver guard plate extending from the roof at the rear side window position to echo it. The roof has a luggage rack, and the outer black large wheel eyebrows + thick black lower guard plate are hard-core off-road style designs. In addition, all-terrain tires are used.

The shape of the tail is very individual. The entire outer contour of the tail is presented in a ring-shaped light strip, which has a very sci-fi visual effect, and the tailgate in the middle of the entire lamp group is a glass structure. The new car does not use the side sliding door of a conventional MPV model, but uses a double-door design, and has a B-pillar-free structure. The interior layout is very simple and relaxed home style, with a flat floor, and the front seats can be rotated 180 degrees, forming a sitting layout with the second row of seats, with a bar in the middle.
