The new Haval H5 has not been popular since it was launched last year, and the car seems to have disappeared from people's sight. Recently, Russian consumers found a black Haval H5 SUV near the Haval Pro dealership in Moscow. This means that the car will be available for sale in Russia.

The Haval H5 is the largest model in the brand's product line, and its body size is larger than the new generation Haval H9. In fact, the Haval H5 is a full-size large SUV with a length, width and height of 5190 x 1905 x 1835 mm, a wheelbase of 3140 mm, and a ground clearance of – 200 mm. Despite its size, the Haval H5 only offers 5 seats.
The Haval H5 is available in two types of engines, including gasoline and diesel. For the Russian market, the Haval H5 is also equipped with 2.0T high and low power engines, with power of 150 horsepower and 190 horsepower respectively. Then there is the 2.0T diesel version with an output of 190 horsepower. The transmission system is matched with an 8-speed manual transmission, and there is no manual gearbox.
The Haval H5 SUV near the Russian dealership is equipped with side sills and two-color wheels equipped with Chaoyang tires with a size of 245/60 R18. In China, the model is also equipped with 17-inch wheels. The Haval H5 may be available in four versions in the Russian market, all with four-wheel drive.
The top version is equipped with a 360-degree panoramic camera, adaptive cruise control, a panoramic roof with a sunroof, a multimedia system with a 12.3-inch screen and 6 speakers (supporting Android Auto and Apple CarPlay), full LED headlights, etc. In Russia, the model will also be equipped with a series of "winter" kits.
There is no information about the configuration and price of the new Haval H5. The price is expected to be 3.5 million to 4 million rubles (about 294,000-336,000 yuan). In China, the price of H5 is 122,800 to 157,800 yuan. In comparison, the price of Haval H9 is about 4.29 million to 5.29 million rubles.
