01Chery Automobile

In 2024, Chery's gasoline vehicles have been exported to overseas markets for 22 years; in 2024, Chery's new energy vehicles will be exported to overseas markets for the "real first year".

In 2001, Chery's first batch of 10 "Fengyun" sedans were exported to Syria via Tianjin Port and began to enter the international market in batches, thus achieving a breakthrough in Chery's export of complete vehicles to overseas markets. 

Since 2014, Chery has taken root in the local market and actively deployed emerging markets such as Brazil and Russia to promote brand building.

In 2021, Chery's global users exceeded 10 million. Tiggo 8 PLUS and Tiggo 8 PRO became Russia's "most technological SUV" and "most popular medium-sized SUV in the media".

In 2024, Tiggo 7 achieved the global cumulative export of 1 million vehicles, and won the export championship of Chinese brand A-class SUV for three consecutive years. Chery Group's annual exports exceeded 1 million vehicles for the first time, setting a record for the fastest Chinese automaker to achieve annual exports of one million vehicles.

02Great Wall Motors

After sorting out, Great Wall should be the earliest independent automobile brand to go overseas? Haval and Tank, two twin flowers going overseas, jointly wrote a new chapter of Great Wall's ecological overseas expansion. 

In 1997, the first batch of Great Wall pickups were exported to the Middle East, opening the era of globalization of Chinese automobile brands. That year, Great Wall Lu brand pickups sold 1,700 units. Great Wall Motors established a marketing service network of 200 service outlets and took the lead in practicing the dealer model in the country.

In 2006, Great Wall Motors was recognized as a "national automobile export base".

In 2019, the first overseas wholly-owned full-process vehicle manufacturing plant of a Chinese automobile brand-Great Wall Motors' Tula Plant in Russia was completed and put into production, and the global car Haval F7 was launched in overseas markets.

In 2020, Great Wall Motors and General Motors signed an agreement to acquire the Rayong manufacturing plant in Thailand. Great Wall Motors launched three major technology brands to accelerate its transformation into a global travel technology company.

In 2023, Great Wall Motors will deeply practice "ecological overseas expansion" in Latin America and ASEAN, actively layout the industrial chain, and build a new energy vehicle ecosystem. Great Wall Motors launched its first model, Haval H6 HEV, in Mexico.

In 2024, the CKD projects in Malaysia and Indonesia will be put into production. Great Wall Motors' cumulative overseas sales have exceeded 450,000 units.

03Haval Motors

Great Wall Motors relied on Haval to gain a foothold overseas, right? Haval became famous with Haval H6, right? 11 In 2013, the Haval brand officially became independent, and Great Wall Motors entered the era of dual brands of Haval and Great Wall. 

In 2015, Haval H2 was named "Chile's Best SUV of the Year", and Haval became the only Chinese brand on the list.

In 2020, Haval SUV fired the first shot of China's smart manufacturing going overseas, and three heroes from one family amazed the Indian Auto Show. 

In 2021, Haval H6 debuted at the Bangkok Auto Show in Thailand. 11 In 2023, Haval H6 HEV entered the Indonesian market. Great Wall Motors entered the Vietnamese auto market and launched Haval H6 HEV in Vietnam.

In 2024, the second-generation Haval H9 entered the Middle East and Kazakhstan markets.

04Tank Car

What is the difference between the overseas audiences of Tank and Haval? Are there any differences in the hot-selling regions? 

In 2022, the overseas debut of the Tank brand and the launch of the Tank 300 and the Tank 500 will be held in Saudi Arabia, marking the first overseas launch of the Tank brand.

In 2023, the Tank 500 new energy vehicle will be officially unveiled at the 2023 Bangkok International Motor Show. The Tank 300 and Tank 500 will be launched in Thailand. 

In 2024, the Tank 300 will be officially launched in South Africa. The Tank 300 will enter the South African, Mexican, Azerbaijan and Malaysian markets.
